I suffer from normocytic anemia, a genetic disease that can cause death

This is known as anemia of chronic disease (ACD) or anemia of inflammation, because the diseases that can lead to normocytic anemia cause inflammation in certain parts of the body or throughout the body.Inflammation can affect the body’s immune system, which in turn in my case reduce the red blood cell production or lead to the production of weaker red blood cells that die faster, but aren’t replenished as quickly.

The diseases most closely associated with normocytic anemia include:

    infections
    cancer
    chronic kidney disease
    heart failure
    rheumatoid arthritis
    vasculitis (inflammation of the blood vessels)
    sarcoidosis (inflammatory disease affecting the lungs and lymph system)
    inflammatory bowel disease
    bone marrow disorders

In my case it is Normocytic Aplastic Anemia. This rare anemia occurs when your body does not produce enough red blood cells (low erythrocytes) and on the contrary produces high numbers of white blood cells (LEUKOCYTOSIS). The causes of aplastic anemia include infections, autoimmune diseases, exposure to toxic chemicals etc.
The symptoms related to the reduction in the number of circulating red blood cells become evident when the levels of erythrocytes are very low. You should therefore accuse:

fatigue
weakness
shortness of breath
headache
pallor of mucous membranes and skin
increased heart rate
spleen pain
insomnia
chest pain
dizziness

Italian: Tanti mi chiedono come mai non mi faccio più viva. La ragione è che non sto bene di salute  e sto  peggiorando ogni giorno che passa. L'anno scorso presso l'ospedale Mount Sinay Hospital a New York mi è stata diagnosticata la Normocytic Anemia che include una serie di problematiche di salute.
Nel mio caso si trata di Anemia Aplastica del midollo osseo la quale  si verifica quando il tuo corpo non produce abbastanza globuli rossi (eritrociti bassi) e al contrario produce numero elevato di globuli bianchi (LEUCOCITOSI).  Può essere causato da ereditarietà, malattie immunitarie o esposizione a sostanze chimiche o radiazioni. Tuttavia, in circa la metà dei casi, la causa è sconosciuta. I sintomi legati alla riduzione del numero di globuli rossi circolanti diventano evidenti quando i livelli degli eritrociti sono davvero molto bassi.
I miei sintomi sono:
    stanchezza
    debolezza
    mancanza del respiro
    mal di testa
    pallore delle mucose e della pelle
    aumento della frequenza cardiaca
    dolore alla milza
    insonnia
    dolore al petto
    vertigini
