Il Dio emergente è ovviamente rappresentato come in lontananza dalla prospettiva, uscendo dal cancello. Questo è uno dei migliori esempi di "stargate" nella documentazione storica. Allo stesso modo, gli assiriologi presumono che il sumero "Abzu" sia un profondo corpo mitologico di acqua dolce, una fonte d'acqua sotterranea. Secondo i testi biblici, c'è una porta nascosta per l '"Abisso" e la "Fossa senza fondo" nelle vicinanze del fiume Eufrate, una sorta di porta stellare. The emerging God is obviously represented as being in the distance from the perspective, coming out of the gate. This is one of the best examples of "stargates" in the historical record. Similarly, Assyriologists assume that "Abzu" is a deep mythological body of fresh water, an underground water source. According to biblical texts, there is a hidden door to the Abyss and the "Bottomless Pit" in the vicinity of the Euphrates River, a kind of star gate. It has been there, buried under the ruins of the ancient Mesopotamian city of Eridu, for thousands of years. This Abyss mentioned in the Bible is also referred to in the Sumerian texts as "Abzu" and is associated with a Sumerian god known as "Enki-Ea". The Abzu or Engur, is further described as a door from which Enki-Ea arrived on Earth and on which he built the Temple of E. ABZU in Eridu, to facilitate its use.
